Landowner
Renewable energies on your land
One of the central issues of the energy transition is the optimal use of the scarce resource "land" to combine climate protection, agriculture and nature conservation. Solar power from ground-mounted systems plays a central role here.
Even with the most unfavourable calculations, free-standing photovoltaic systems require only one tenth of the area compared to biomass. The intelligent linking of solar power with classic arable farming or with species-appropriate animal husbandry, such as sheep grazing under the modules or the operation of agricultural machinery with solar power are just some of the possibilities.
We guarantee stable rental income for your disadvantaged and low-yield arable land, e.g. next to motorways or railway lines. You, as the land owner, receive a one-off lease payment for making the land available for 20 years. Or you can plan your own PV system with us to cover your own needs with surplus feed-in.
Added value for our customers and the creation of value in the region are always our focus.
Biodiversity study
The study "Solar Parks – Gains for Biodiversity" commissioned by the German Association of Energy Market Innovators "bne", aims to highlight whether and to what extent solar parks can contribute to floristic and faunistic species diversity – biodiversity.
It concludes that solar parks have a significant and lasting positive impact on biodiversity. The land occupied by the installations can lead to a significant positive effect on biodiversity. As a kind of biodiversity island, solar parks can promote biodiversity in comparison to the surrounding landscape.
"Good Planning" commitment

Solar energy has the potential to cover a large part of the energy demand in Germany due to the massive increase in efficiency and cost degression in recent years. Due to the advancing sector coupling and the international climate commitments, a faster capacity expansion of renewable energies is inevitable. With the accelerated expansion of PV ground-mounted systems and in a mix with other renewable energies, the goal of full supply will be achieved even faster and more economically. One of the central questions of the energy transition is thus how the expansion of ground-mounted PV systems can have the most positive impact possible on environmental protection, agriculture and nature conservation.
The German Association of Energy Market Innovators (bne) has found answers to these pressing questions by developing the "Good Planning" checklist. This checklist aims to ensure that ground-mounted PV systems make a positive contribution to climate protection, biodiversity, nature conservation, environmental protection and rural development. At the same time, these advantages should be made transparent for all partners. MaxSolar was one of the first companies to sign this self-insurance.
"bne – Good Planning"
represents a voluntary commitment and contains:

Commitments towards municipalities, administrations and citizens

Commitments to farmers and to land use

Commitments for integrating a photovoltaic system into the landscape

Commitments to increase biodiversity

Other commitments (planning, implementation, technology)
We are one of the first signatories in the industry and are committed to implementing and adhering to the defined standards of Good Planning.
