Communal solar parks

Regional value creation

Areas formerly used for military purposes, former factory sites, landfills and gravel pits for which no funds are available for conversion are put to sensible use through photovoltaic projects.

We lease or acquire these areas, remove the eyesores and erect a photovoltaic system on the vacated areas.

For the municipalities, this means business tax revenue, regional value creation through the involvement of local businesses and the owners generate lucrative rental income.

Our locally anchored communal energy projects contribute a great deal to the understanding and acceptance of the energy transition and the further expansion of renewable energies among the population.

The number of electric vehicles on Germany's roads will rise sharply in the future. With the right public infrastructure, you can benefit from this environmentally friendly development. As a certified charge point operator, maxsolar offers customers an all-round carefree package with the "esolution by maxsolar" brand, which includes everything from planning and installation to billing in compliance with weights and measures regulations.

Take on a pioneering role in your region, become a climate change leader!
