In addition to appropriate remuneration with 30 days' holiday for our full-time staff, we also offer extensive fringe benefits to create a relaxed as well as motivating working environment. Flexible working time models, a company pension scheme or kindergarten allowances enable all team members to balance work and family life. Many of our employees regularly come to work by bike. We encourage this and offer all employees the option of a JobRad bike.

In the company's own kitchen, people can cook and eat together at lunchtime, and we also provide a varied range of cold and hot drinks as well as fresh fruit free of charge for our employees at any time. In summer, our comfortably furnished balcony also provides a welcome opportunity to take a break.
Our region: The Chiemgau
We feel committed to our home in Chiemgau. Where we work, others go on holiday. The area around the Bavarian lake Chiemsee, has a lot to offer, particularly for leisure activities. The mountains on the doorstep offer immense recreational value at any time of year. Thanks to the beautiful location in the foothills of the Alps, there is a wide range of offers for young and old, whether action-packed, cultural or pure relaxation.
The city of Traunstein itself is also a jewel of our region. Young families here particularly appreciate the wide range of childcare and schools of all kinds, cosy cafés and shopping facilities. The colourful hustle and bustle at the weekly markets with many regional products on offer shows that culture and quality are very much appreciated. Day trips to the surrounding cities such as Salzburg, Rosenheim and Munich are also very popular due to the excellent connections to the motorway as well as public transport.
